Every Mamma Deserves (Essential)

A nurturing foundation of self care


  • 24/7 Contact 
  • Folder- filled with my personal recommendations, hospital bag or home birth checklist, breastfeeding education, postpartum education, self induction tips, lactation cookie recipe, perineal padsicle recipe, and door sign for baby visitors
  • In-Home Prenatal Visits - one or two depending on how soon you are due to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures like massage, rebozo, acupressure, birth and peanut ball, labor positioning, and more with your partner, child birth education, learn how to breastfeed with baby props, and discuss expectations for the birth and postpartum
  • Support-physical and emotional in all birthing places-home, hospital, birth centers and all types: unmedicated, epidural, cesarean, and faith-based
  • On-Call for You- two weeks before your due date and two weeks after
  • Attendance -at the onset of active labor through birth and up to one hour post birth for assistance with initial breastfeeding
  • Postpartum Check-ins -via phone or video chat to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth plus forever contact with me for all things baby and motherhood

  • Keepsake Rebozo- keep the rebozo we used during your birth and turn it into a sling for baby wearing (colors vary)

  • Birth Plan Making- via phone or video chat we discuss your preferences for your birth and make your official Birth Plan Preference Sheet that will be looked at and followed by all members of your birth team
  • Support- physical and emotional in all birthing places-home, hospital, birth centers and all types: unmedicated, epidural, cesarean, and faith-based
  • On-Call for You- two weeks before your due date and two weeks after
  • Attendance -at the onset of active labor through birth and up to one hour post birth for assistance with initial breastfeeding if needed
  • Postpartum Check-ins -via phone or video chat to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth plus forever contact with me for all things baby and motherhood

Overnight  Postpartum Service

In-home help with feeding and caring for baby so you can catch up on much needed sleep


  • 10pm-6am
  • Tuesdays and/or Fridays
  • For homes 30 minutes within Syracuse
  • Service can last one visit to a few months- depending on availability
  • $200 per night

Breastfeeding Sessions

A stand alone service for breastfeeding troubleshooting to help get your baby to latch properly and eat efficiently


  • Up to 60 minutes per session
  • $40 per virtual session
  • $70 per in-person session for homes within 60 minutes  of Syracuse




Bengkung Belly Binding Wrap and Demostration Session


Bengkung belly binding is an ancient Malaysian postpartum tradition that uses a long breathable wrap to gently support your midsection after birth and has many benefits:

  1. Core Support – Gently holds abdominal muscles together as  they heal.
  2. Uterine Involution – Encourages the uterus to shrink back to pre-pregnancy size.
  3. Posture Improvement – Supports the back and may reduce slouching during breastfeeding.
  4. Emotional Support – Creates a feeling of being held, grounding, and comfort.
  5. Helps with Diastasis Recti – assists in bringing separated abdominal muscles back together


Your first wrapping is done in-home as early as day 5 postpartum for vaginal births and between 3-6 weeks for caesarian births (once cleared by your provider) and worn daily for 6-12 hours for 40 days. I'll guide you through your first belly wrap during our postpartum visit and offer continued wrap coaching sessions as needed. Each wrap is handcrafted by me from soft muslin fabric and naturally dyed with plants, colors vary, making each one beautifully unique

  • $125 for homes within 60 minutes of Syracuse and provided on Wednesdays or Sundays
